Good design
What makes good design? Why are some sites easy to read and others just trun you straight off.
Why do some website compel you to buy while other drive you insane trying to find the things you want. These type of questions are surprisingly not asked otfern enough. A lot of people may have some misgivings about their site but never really do anything about. Another natural reaction is for people to caontact their webmasters and complain about the usability of the site expecting a magic wand to fix all. The reality is of course that great a design and great user experience don't just happen. They are the result of a carefully planned strategy that most likely will not come from a webmaster, but instead from some web marketing company. It's important to remember that when the traffic is either not staying or not buying, its usually because the site has not been throughly been taught through. Simpel things like the color of the site can make or break it. I'll leave you with this though, when designing a website, KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid). There is absolutely no reason to get all fancy in order to get a fantastically successfully website.
